Freelander 1 Part Number Help Please

Hi everyone, getting to the bottom of my overheating V6, slowly but surely !

Need some help identifying the correct part, I need a new hose (as its leaking), it's the one between the oil cooler and the transmission cooler, I can't seem to find it though on British Parts or Rimmer Bros, can anyone let me know the part number or post a link to the right one?

not sure if there's a newer alternative
