P38 - traction control noise + other things

Hi folks, I trust you all had a great start to 2011. Wondering if anyone can help me, over the past couple of weeks I have noticed this clattering noise coming from the front right wheel, this reallyonly happens on full lock and when I am on ice or snow, I am not too sure what the noise us but it is worrying me that it will cost loads, any help would be appreciated.
Also wondering how to set the tracking on the RR, friends have suggested that it will need to go to a dealer where they will put it under a load etc before setting the tracking, it is only pulling slightly so it is not bothering me too much.
Also the heated seats and heated front screen are not working, any suggestions on what might be wrong, I've tried the fuses but they are all good.

Just a thought. Is the bumper rubbing on full lock. ??

Thanks for the thought, but it does not appear to be the bumper. I think it is the TC but I am not too sure what sound the TC makes when it cuts in, thanks
