Hi y'all.
I am selling my Classic (dedicated off-roader with 9 inch lift), and my everyday car (Fiat Punto), and getting an LPG-converted P38 that will fulfil both roles. Obviously it won't have such mental off-roading ability but that's fine, I mainly just use it round fields and stuff anyway.
So if the P38 comes with alloys and low profile tyres, which is currently looking likely, I'm probably gonna want to change them to something a bit chunkier and more manly but that also are ok on roads, and don't make it look totally stupid.
I am not bothered about fuel economy or road noise. I just want to be able to use it on road and off, as well as not worry about damaging expensive alloys.
I am woefully ignorant of tyre types and also what wheels of this type are suitable for a P38. Can anyone help by suggesting makes/models/sizes of tyres/wheel combinations you think might fit the bill?
