hi there the last thread i wrote was about my lpg , well ive give up on that for now i bought another leanardo system so im trying to salvage bits from that. but this eas system is driving me mad, started sitting on its rear, ichanged the air bags from a p38 i had for spares, these were all rubbber and plastic tops mine were alloy tops its a 95 p38 , still going down took it to a well known landrover guy he put it on his computer said the problem was the vale block, ihave one from my doner car before i fitted it put new diaphram in wich was split also put new rubbers in pump but didnt change piston seal , put back on then had to buy eas dinostic kit to clear faults, got it graffting again took about 15 mins to rise sitting nice and high then slowly but surely back ends gone down and the pumps running far too long when the cars running and its up you can operate the setting no problem its when you leave it for a while any ideas people merryxmas brusboy.

had a look xmas day as its getting me down think ive found the leak, i squrirted soapey water around the valve block and i coild hear hissing i had not put the bolts back that hold theblock in its caseing, and it seemed to be coming from there i replaced the bolts fire it up and this time it was coming from the 2 pipes close to the bulk head took them out they felt a bit scored so i cut a couple of ml off replaced them but there still leaking may have to take the block out so i can see whats going on behind the plastic maybe new grommets and rubber o ring ? i cant leave it like this to long it looks bad and my batterys not to clever regards brusboy.

Don't let it get u down its just a car, take a methodical approach, make sure your connections are good, not sure which ones if not all, but some pipes have collars, if u cut them short they may not seal, so u may have to extend them

get on, ive cracked it messed on this morning took all the pipes out of the block, took the full unit out still atached managed to reconect the pipes this was a bit fafy had to pull on the pipes , started up waited a while for the tank to fill realised passengers door was open a bit shut it then hiss , found the leak so i cut the pipe with a brand new pair of secaters push the pipe back in which fitted a lot better started up perfect boxed it all back up and that was about 12 oclock and its stood there nice and proud, thanks for the advice chris really appreceated all the best brusboy
