p38 dse no glow plug light no fuel pump and wont start

i have a 1997 dse which wont start theres no glow plug light on the dash no power to the fuel pump and engine turns over and over but wont fire anyone have any ideas what this might be??

Have a look at relay 19.

thanks changed relay 19 and fine now but the injector light flashes up sometimes when you let the throttle off theres also air going from filter to injector pump through clear pipe could this be the tank pump pipes breaking off?

The pickup for the tank pump cannot suck air unless the tank is empty. Pipes can only leak fuel if in tank pump is running air cannot be sucked in. Check for pump function and bleed air from clear pipe. Check spill pipes for failure. Check O rings on filter head. If lift pump is weak or blocked or not running injection pump can suck air into system.

Injector light flashing up could be the needle lift sensor, while you are checking the leak off pipes check the connector to the sensor.
