P38 Drinks Holder

I’ve bought myself a drinks holder for my centre console on my P38 DSE 1999 as the model I bought didn’t have this feature...silly me was thinking it would be a straight swap over but it doesn’t shut properly when screwed in place?

Any help would be appreciated!!

The main centre consul frame with cup holder is different to the one without the cup holder.

Yea I had to get the consul as well, turned out cheaper anyway

Early cupholders were carp.

Post 1999 the holders are deeper!

Mine held coke cans with ease!
