p38 diesel wont start after flat batt

My 98 P38 diesel refuses to start after a flat battery problem,

It will crank no problem but wont fire I have checked the following all being ok

in tank pump ok

heater plugs ok

positive feed to stop solenoid ok

I have checked all engine bay fuses and relays all appear ok

As I said the engine cranks fine but having cracked the the injector pipes there is no fuel getting to injectors when cranking not getting any untoward eobd fault codes

ANY IDEAS GREATLY RECIEVED

The Pump?

Check a few of the diesel not starting threads, its likely your Becm has fallen out of sync with the diesel pump and its immobilised.

Is there air bubles in the pipe between the diesel filter and injector pipe, if there is look at the condition of the injector leak off pipes, i dont think a falt battery would have caused your problem but it only takes a few minutes.

And we are talking Land Rover here.

sounds like another re-learn, the becm(under drivers seat) is not communicating with the ecu(behind the battery)you will probably have to have a auto electrician sort it out unless the eka will reset it (i had to have the electrician)hope this helps.
