bloody thing is overheating now! havnt had a chance to take it apart properly yet but any suggestions as to what to check 1st in the morning?

aah i hoped someone would just have a magic cure, now i gotta strip it all again. got a allisport cooler sat infront of the old rad and its all so friggin tight to get at anything!!!
 
ok cheers wlm, ill give it a go. 1st port of call is a proper cleaning i think. just had a quick learn and its not looking good!, oops
never normally forget to clean it!
 
really dont know, never had a look to be honest, not stripped it apart that far yet, tomorrow is the big day tho!
 
my old rad, its sat behind the allisport intercooler, i thought the allisport one replaced it, not with it
 
and i think i know why its running hot then. the rad is just 1 big block of mud! i cleaned off the intercooler after a muddy ditch the other day but not the rad. thats got to be it right?
