Overdrive leaver rattling ????

Hi all got overdrive in my series and recently the lever rattles like hell overtakes all the rattles in there any one know how to fix stop this as its doing my head in? Cheers Tom

Its possible that the nylon anti rattle shims have been left out of linkage when assembling

I used to put elastic bands on mine.
