Overdrive...in a hurry

I'd really like to get hold of an overdrive in the next few days - every time I bid on one on ebay something goes wrong and I don't get it!

Does anyone have one available? Am I likely to get a Roverdrive quickly if I order one? Any other ideas....I'm have tempted to refit the 3.54 Randy diffs just for my long trip to Germany!

Wish I could have had Dr Evil's combined gearbox and overdrive - I could have had a gearbox to strip down and rebuild then!

But failing that RMS have just got back to me and reckon on Next Day delivery and all in stock....So, they're F***ing expensive, but are they any good? I've heard some good reports and some that they can be a bit noisey.

But what do you guys think? Any experience stories welcome!
Will spending £1200 on a Roverdrive add proportionately to the value of the motor?
