Over fueling with white smoke at 2000 rpm / missfire

Hi has anyone had a problem with overfueling / white smoke and misfire at 2000 rpm? I have a freelander td4 sport 05 and it's doing this iav replaced the injectors upgraded the injector rail and changed the fuel pump any help
