Ok well first of all I'm new to the group so hi everyone!

Heres my problem I've a Vitara that I've had locking wheel nuts on firstly
lost the key so made another that removed all but one (ended up ordering
one) to remove the last unfortunately the last is one so tight all the holes
have worn into ovals through a few attempts to get them off (steel is as
soft as s!*t) then tried using a chisel to knock it round but only ended up
knackering it even more.
I've been told the best thing to do would be to mig weld a nut to it now and
unscrew it via that, any one had simlar problems or solutions?

The trick is not to do them up to tight, and under no circumstances use a air
gun.

I would have taken the vehicle back and got them to sort it.
