is it ok to use millars xf premium mtf 75/80) gl4 gl5 filly sythetic transmision fluid in gearbox,transfer box and diffs on defender puma 2.4

Probably.
But Good old (low cost) 80W90 gear oil (mineral or semi synth) is fine for the transfer box and diffs and any semi/fully synth, MVMTF 75W80 will do for your gearbox.
Unless, of course, you are planning a desert rally or a 48hr leMans style event, maybe a dash to and several laps of the Nürburgring ?
