oil specs

hi just purchased my first landy which is a 1984 90 with a 1993 200tdi disco conversion, i was just wondering if somebody could help me out with the fluids i need to use for a service as i do not have a manual to hand.

Was looking for specs on:

engine oil
gearbox oil
diff oil

15w 40 engine oil about 7 litres will cover change and a top up. Buy mineral oil and change it every 5k.
Gearbox dexron 2 ATF fluid 2-3 litres I think
Transfer box ep 80-90 2.3 litres
Front and rear axle ep 80-90 4 litres in total
Also get a grease gun for the props
