Oil in air filter?

Hi - I have noticed my defender 110 is leaking oil from the oil filter and upon closer inspection it is coming out of the oil filler through the breather and into the air filter. It is the 2.5td engine. Any ideas on what may be causing it and how i can fix it? Any help is very useful!!

the only way to fix it is a rebore and new pistons and rings!
the way to stop it getting in to the air filter is to disconnect the breather pipe from the airbox and put it into a bottle to catch the oil. or fit a proper oil catch tank but a bottle is cheaper!
worked for me for a year!
