L322 Odd interior lighting issue

So I was updating the bulbs on my 2005 RR Vogue in the boot lid that point into the luggage area, and when I took the left hand one out I heard an arc and the two lights in the boot lid and the one in the boot itself stopped working. The rest of the interior lights work and I’ve looked through the fuse board but can only see one fuse for interior lights and it’s fine. There must be something blown somewhere as three are off, I’ve measured and getting no voltage at all. Any ideas if there is another circuit that these three lights are on?
