Not a langy, but not my namesake jeep either.

I always wanted a Landrover defender, but there are too few of them state side and too expensive... So I always had jeeps, but now I have a new toy.

They look fab. Always wanted one, but rare and expensive here. Have looked at the US auctions, but seems that most ex-mil vehicles can only be sold to a USA civilian. So no chance of me getting one for export.

I would never put a Dodge motor in anything I own.... I may upgrade it to the 6.5 turbo eventually, but I want to keep it in military spec condition. Honestly for a 5000 lb vehicle the 6.2 does okay.

Check out the "milweb" site n go to classified adverts. There is one listed at present, a GS spec version. That's the site for some seriously off road military vehicles. Fancy a Pinceguaer? The Army 's successor to the 101.
