hi all, was wondering if anyone has ever been to norway and sweden, especially the mountainous regions?how was it?could you camp? thanks

I have been to Northern Sweden. Just North of Gallivare. Its stunning up there. Plenty of places to camp, but we stayed in my mates cabin.
Fred about our trip here.. Sweden trip.... photo heavy....
I am looking forward to going back.

We will be heading out that way in February next year. you can camp pretty much anywhere, just use common sense, away from populated areas etc.

Just come back from a business trip to Norway with a few days to go out and explore!
Very beautiful. The guys I spoke with said that there are loads of decent campsites but mostly around the tourist areas down south. There is a big 4x4 following mostly related to the need for traction between November and April! Beer is bllody expensive but the country is soooo beautiful (did I mention how beautiful it is already?)
