L322 Non starter

Good evening guys, I have a problem. My 2005 l322 td6 won’t start. It’s been happening for a few weeks, slowly getting worse. Now, it won’t start at all. When I put the key in and turn, all the dash lights come on as expected. Turning the key further all I get is what sounds like a Mose code kind of beeping coming from the ignition.as previously mentioned it’s been happening for a few weeks, it normally starts after a few goes. Had RAC out to rescue me a couple of days ago, mr RAC man said it was the battery. Ordered new battery. Battery delivered and fitted, exactly the same thing. Any help would be much appreciated.

Check the earth strap passenger side by the engine mount they a known to corrode, a quick check is use a jump lead from the battery - terminal to the engine if it starts its the earth lead.
