I have a 2012 range Rover Westminster, but, unfortunately I can't watch the telly.
When I turn it on it says press audio video to watch tv. After pressing a small screen comes on saying press to watch full screen but, when the full screen comes on it's just grey
Any help appreciated
 
sounds like it's broken :)
May have an analogue tuner but given it's a 2012 I'd expect it to be digital.
Mines a 2005 so not familiar with later models but does it show channels in the list?
 
I'd expect to see a list of channels that you can pick from. My 2005 has a list on the right hand side with the picture on the left. I think you may need to wait for someone with a 2012 to jump in.
 
Check the antennas on the rearmost side windows are connected & not damaged, after that, read the DTC's for the tuner module.
It will / should check for a valid connection to the amplifier modules but can't check the amplifier is connected to the antenae.
I've known hamfisted attempts at fitting window tints be the cause of antenna failure on the side & rear windows.
