Freelander 2 (LR2) No front wash / wipe

When I press the button on the end of the stalk I get neither a wash nor a wipe. Wipers work fine otherwise.
Rear wash / wipe works okay.
I did have a copy of the FL2 wiring diagram, but I seem to have mislaid it somewhere in my new computer. Can anyone help?

As the washer and wiper aren't working, it would likely be the button on the stalk or it's connection to the CJB.

Suspected the button. It looks a sod to take apart.
What's CJB?

I don't think it's too bad to replace the stalk. Getting the stalk apart might be tricky though.

CJB is Central Junction Box, which is basically the body control module and fuse box in a combined unit.
