No acceleration - EGR Bypass URGENT!

Hi - Need some help!

Just fitted EGR bypass and replaced all hoses. Started up - Engine Management Light on. Idles at 750 rpm as normal but no acceleration at all (guessing the ECM is not allowing). Going to check today for any blockages as the intake sounds a little wheezy. ANy other ideas?

Had the Manifold off and cleaned out (removed the sensor and replaced after)

Any advice would be appreciated!

Don't keep us in suspenders - what was it?

Well after much deliberation - rechecking seals/torques/sensors for continuity/blockages etc. and putting the old egr back in and then having a diagnostic reader on i nearly thought i had ruined her!

However i decided one last ditch attempt - rather than just turning the synergy unit off i unplugged the link for the fuel rail and plugged the ECM directly in - issue solved!

Going to speak to Ron about it as it is all one way plugs so no crossing could have occurred but just glad to have her going properly again!
