Im proud to admit that a spent the whole day yesterday fixing the 110 and the good news is that this problem (http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f7/td5-actuator-issues-103703.html) is fixed!!
removed the actuator, was working fine, but the wastegate was siezed so after a half hour of gently tapping it with a hammer it came free and is now doused in wd40
other than that, i put in a boost gauge to make sure it was working properly, and fixed the speakers!
so now its all fixed and (touch wood) its going to stay that way for a while
