Newby based in South Wales

Hi there, joined the landy zone hopefully to meet peeps and have some adventures.
Driving a 55 TD4 Auto Freelander the wife does not like Defenders or Disco's and can not yet afford a Rangy Sport
So interested in taking to everybody, but even more interested in peeps from local area.
Used to drive a 68 Landy when working for the forestry commission in Southern Ireland, had hours of fun up to the axles, but looking for a more sedate style of Green Laning now getting old as my sister keeps telling me.

Hi and welcome, dad has a freelander now but he is 75, not asuming you are that old, he has had his series days, i am still into mine, i have a 1973 series 3 and i wouldent change her, she is my daily driver for work and fun at the weekends with me 2 boys.

Only got a Freelander cos wifey like them if I had gotten my way would be in a Disco, but its her car and she allows me to drive it if I am a good little boy (36). In the process of trying to get a different 4x4 for my self, either a defender or possibly a Mitsubishi. I no shocking thought but have had them in the past and found them capable...
