Hi, just acquired first proper Land Rover, previous owner describes it as Series 3 88"on 90 chassis with 300tdi with auto box, tdi axles, coil springs, nothing else known, no history. Only thing to sort out is replace servo as there is very little movement in pedal and needs lots of push to see any action, there is some suck at the vacuum tube so looking for best replacement. The servo fitted has a 12v spade connector for something, wonder what it's off ? My research shows a STC 1816 to be usual, unless there is a better option. Need to decide whether to buy cheapest; about £57 + vat. or see if there is a better option, otherwise it seems to drive well with unexpected good turning circle, so send in the snow, I'll be ready for it.
