Hi folks,
I've lurked for years, since I bought a Freelander 2 SE in 2014. Unfortunately it died the death of a thousand electronic faults.
Now, to prove I never learn a lesson, I've got a Freelander 1 with the totally reliable (!) 1.8 K series engine.
Yeah, not running well but, hey, it's something to tinker with I suppose.
I'm in Rutland, between Peterborough and Grantham on the A1.
Recently spent a day off-roading with Land Rover at Rockingham and had a fantastic time. I would really like to do it more and learn the skills needed.
Yep, a Freelander isn't the best for serious off-roading but it's the cheapest way to get a taster. Well, that's my logic.
So, Hi everyone!
Andy
