Hi
My name' John and I've been lurking for a while, gleaning some very useful information, ta very much :)
I'm looking to get a 96/7 model but even after much use of the search engine I'm still not decided whether to go the LPG or Diesel route (with veggy oil), it wil be used as an everyday car and also to tow our twin axle caravan, I suppose when I see the right car I'll buy it regardless :).
On the subject of towing is it advisable to fit an auto box oil cooler.

I'd go diesel every day of the week. If you do go LPG make sure you get one that has been done properly and get an LPGA fitters certificate or you will not be able to insure the vehicle. There are LOADS of bodged DIY/crap garage fits which cause a lot of problems. You find a lot of people selling LPG cars just after they have converted them as the conversion has buggered something up because it has been done on the cheap.

Not 100% necessary but advisable depending on how much strain you are going to put on it.
