Hello,

Thanks for the ad. Currently driving my father in-laws 2011 110 defender as its not used very often as he drives the 2020 Defender.

I love Defenders so every day I drive it I'm grinning ear to ear!

Anyway I have decided to tackle a job that never got finished and that the offside passenger door. When you remote lock it there's movement but only a minimal amount that's not enough to lock the door. Today after work I found the spare actuator in the car so decided to give it a go.

After removing the Handles and door card, there's a foam sound proofing that has a few tears in it that I am assuming are from my father in-law taking a look at the job. under the foam there's a metal panel that is kindly in the way of the actuator. I removed enough bolts to give me enough room to finally remove and replace the actuator. after all this it is still doing the same thing and not locking. Is there a way of adjusting or anything I am missing?

Other than the bolts nothing else was removed or replaced. I a little stumped at the moment.

Thanks
