My names Adrian and im from Shrewsbury (shropshire) I am buying my first discovery after years of owning various 4x4's. im not into driving up big mountains or through rivers, (sorry!) nor do i own a caravan lol, (no offense intended) i just like owning a big family car (and not for school runs!)
basically i have won the auction of a car on ebay, the guy is a senior citizen who is not too good on ebay i think but seems genuine enough and i know the basics about what to look for when buying a car.
1994 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY MPI BLUE on eBay, also, Land Rover Range Rover, Cars, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 30-Jul-08 18:19:14 BST)
above is a link to the car, now i know its a 2litre mpi, and its probably going to be a bit slow and thirsty! but it looks clean tidy with good t&t and it was within my budget.
could anyone advise me on particular things i should look out for when i go collect it.
also i like to tinker with my cars, and have been a member of other 4x4 owners clubs etc... and wondered if their are any meets with other enthusiats around my area (shropshire)
