Pics here... I just can't beleive how big they are (well I knew that, but can't believe how big they look)!

When the lift kit arrives I'll fit them.

Wheels are 17x8.5 (with zero offset)
Tyres are 315/70R17 (basically 34.5" O/D)

Old ones are 235/85R16 on 16x7 rims.

Hi, ive got the same Hankook Dynapro mt, not as big as yours 33x12.5x 16 got to say there excellent and quite as well, let us know if yours rub on the radius arms on full lock, please,

good choice

same as mine

jese they are some big boys mind mine are 305/70/16 and use to rub on the rear arches on slight artictulation, with a 2inch lift they completly miss now

i think you may need some extended arches

I don't suppose you want to sell your old wheels? I have got drum brakes on the rear, does anyone know what alloys fit with the least amount/no modifications?

no land rover 16 inch alloys will fit over defender rear drums.
either bigger alloys:mil23: or disco brake setup.

The alloys off early discos will fit with a drum braked rear axle. However fitting alloys to a defender is just plain wrong.
