hi i have just brought a freelander as my 1st 4x4 as its comfy and something i can take offroad, and i just wondered if there is any great mods people would recommend, and i wondered if anyone is based in or around warwickshire, thanks tom

Hi Tom, not sure on great mods other than tyres make a big difference.

Im in the same boat as you, just bout my first 4x4 ad want to have some fun. I'm in rugby about half hour from stratford

Have you done any greenlaning or P&P days yet? just looking into it

and once again if you bought a petrol one, the best mod would be a genie in a bottle with at least one wish left

hi toby, what 4x4 have you just brought then?
i have looked into doing a bit of greenlaning but i would rather go with someone incase, have you found anyhting interesting?

A really good mod would be to part exchange it for a TD4 - honestly.

cheer for the tip angeloc but i cant afford to change it at the moment

Ok mate then don't spend too much on it the TD4 is sooo much a better vehicle. Go through the forum and check out what to look out for with K Series. Head gasket seems to be the big problem.

ill try not to, i know i have head, and it has already had it changed as the previous owners said and had all the details about it being done,

Just bought a range rover
Not looking to do anything to serious been looking at a few pay and play days.
And seen a pretty cool looking 100mile 2day trek in Derbyshire
