Hello all,
Just got my first Landrover, its a freelander TD4 on a 02 plate with 80,000 miles on the clock. Its not my Land rover of choice, I would prefer a Defender but beggars can't be choosers and at the moment I just cant afford one.
I spotted most of the problems prior to purchase, (Reverse light not working, passenger rear electric window not working properly, and even though the doors are shut the dashboard registers a door open), These were all fixed by the dealer and a new MOT done, and I have taken out a years warrenty.
From what I have read on this site some of the problems are known faults with the freelander. Thanks for all the great threads of information
