New problem with td5

Hi all,
Ive just had the fuel leak on my td5 disco fixed it was the fuel filter housing that had gone,now ive had that replaced when I start the disco there is a very loud sqeeling noise that appears to be coming from the fuel tank area,it only lasts a few seconds and it didnt do this before I had the leak sorted so im assuming its got to be connected to this.
Can anyone suggest what this may be ?

keep an ear on it could be the in tank fuel pump starting to get noisy

i had a none sqeeling pump , then had a brand new lr fitted now it sqeels

could be a little air in the fuel lines. if it hasnt been run much since the fuel system was refitted.

and/or its a dodgy pump or its a new pump bedding itself in.

either way keep an ear on it.

mine sometimes squeals a little sometimes, but then again its petrol so not lubricated by the fuel, and its 19 years old...
