Hi having done the 1970s series III (loved it), Then Classic 2 door v8 1980s (sold to 2 lads who went to Africa rallying), now for my sins P38 V8 ... Liking it (bought this week with multitude of RR issues... now sorting.
We reprogrammed locking and alarm and fixed electrics windows and doors.
Got running... very sweet! Looks like it will be fun. Gearbox sounds suspect ... Front prop shaft missing so will replace... gear box makes odd grindy noise when in P... N D 1 2 3 all silent but no engagement of any sort... any comments that might help will be appreciated. Do I need to replace gearbox?
Anyone breaking a 1995 one for parts near Cambridge? Auto petrol. Cheers Janigotchi
