I have bought a p38 2000 vouge, i have had it for 5 weeks and its been fine, but in the past week the imboliser is acting strange.
1. left the range outside work unlocked for about a hour or so, then got in to drive and then had no electrics at all,left car for about 5-10 mins locked and then opened with key and all electircs worked fine
2.yesterday was on way to shop, unlocked car via fob, forgot wallet so ran to house and came back again jumped in then all electrics went, so walked to pub and came back 2 hours later all started.
3. tonight unlocked car, but dog in the boot jumped in went to start and cut in again, so have no electrics.
What am i doing wrong? is there a time limit to start? plus how long once activated does the imobilizer stay on for? how do you deactivate it?
