Morning all,
Been lurking since July when I purchased my 1999 p38 4.0 SE.
Upon arrival delivery by transporter managed to travel 1.6 miles before boiling over!
(On inspection PO had used K Seal so new radiator, thermostat and several flushes later all resolved and temperature been stable ever since.)
Replaced heater matrix o rings/headlining/battery/alternator/gearbox cooler and pipes so now starts and is as reliable as a quite reliable thing.
A PO converted to coils but most EAS kit still present so I’ll probably convert back once I’ve checked airlines and rebuilt components as nec. (To be fair, rides pretty well as standard ride height kept but you can’t beat a bit of wafting)
