New member - sat nav q

Good Morning

I just bought a 2002 52 Range Rover 4.4 Vogue (not sure what the "code" is for it yet) yesterday, although do not pick it up for two weeks. I am just wondering about the Sat Nav in the car. Will it cover Europe and is it possible to upgrade the disc, as I am guessing it will be 5 years old?

if its CD based then probably its a cd per country deal with maybe a Main roads of Europe on some on the CD`s

if its DVD based you may well be lucky and only need on disk to cover an area as big as western europe
I know this is the case with Audi`s (DVD) and older merc´s (CD) based system
IGWs the p38`s up to late 2001 are CD based

updates should be easy to find from both the CD / DVD & even the operating system for the system

try E**Y thats where i found newer CD`s (in my case) & newer operating systems discs too!
