I'm hoping to find one with cambelt service already done, if not I'll try to factor it in for the asking price.

Welcome, the transfer box on the gearbox is a good one. Look for a rusty line(wait for it).. Between the transfer box and the front diff where they meet up, any oil there also indicates that the sleeve that mates the diff to the transfer box has chewed the seal on the diff/gearbox.
The diffs are usually down to the wrong oil and or an un serviced haldex.
Door locking mechanisms also.
The drivers fails first and then the others follow depending if the locking/unlocking system opens only the drivers door first.

Aside from that at least they seem fairly reliable certainly more so than the similar aged Range Rovers. A friend of mine runs a Tdv8 RR sport and he's had more than his fair share of large bills lol. Now just got to find a nice example, ideally want a HSE/HST as I think they look amazing, let the hunt begin
