New keeper slip from seller differs from V5 that has just arrived?

Hi guys,
The new keeper slip that I received from the seller of the Disco I just bought a few days ago differs from the one that has arrived from the V5 through the post just now.
Different doc ref for a start?

The ref on the slip is different from the v5 that its attached to...not by much, its like 1 number is the number of keepers. If its miles off then maybe somethings up.

You don't see details of the previous owner on the v5 anymore?

The doc ref is different each time the V5 is issued.
