New girl! - will loss of drive! literally

Hi ,

i'm new to the forum but have read quite a lot and found some helpful tips and info.

i've had my disco for 3 years and up until recently it's been very good to me.

today after driving around 60 miles i'd stopped off to get some feed for my horse, when i pulled out the feed merchant i heard a fairly loud clunk and lost all drive !!!

had to roll car off road - noticed the front drive shaft was turning but not the back. put car in diff-lock and had drive but didnt have drive in high or low ratio. Any thoughts anyone??

Welcome to the best, if most idiosyncratic Landy forum on the net.

Know sod all aboot Disco's mesel', or perminent 4WD fer that matter, but stick a detailed post in the Disco section & I'd put money on you getting a rational answer.
