New gear selector and cubby top

Hi all

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a new gear selector (cover?!) and cubby box top? The leather on mine is very tired - probably beyond repair. Does anyone know of a supplier?

It all needs to be cream though I could be persuaded to go for a wood selector (autobiography only?)
