New Carb??

The engine runs a little uneven, sort of chugs at idle.
I've replace points and plugs and adjusted valves, I've stripped the carb and cleaned it but adjustment doesn't make much difference to running.
Is it time for a replacement and if so where can I get a cheapish one?

Taxi for Sheddy!

Know anyone (a good freind I guess) with a similar vehicle that'll let you whip the known good carb' out of theirs to try in yours? It's not a hooge job & if it still runs the same, it ain't the carb'.

Just a thought, be a right p*ss*r though if you source even a cheap carb & find it makes no difference.
