Hiya boys and girls (I assume there are some girlies out there too). My membership is but a few hours old so be patient (and gentle) with me.
As you can see the first 'problem' I encounter is in making the font behave itself but I will persevere.
I am looking for an old Defender 90 or perhaps a Series 3 diesel and, without knowing much at all about them I want to ensure I buy from a reliable source and don't end up with an MOT failure that costs a kings ransom to repair.
First question do you know anyone who has one that is worthy of consideration for max £3500? Second would anyone with suitable knowledge have a few hours to check it over for any known, obvious problems before I buy it to ensure it’s not a pile of poo? Naturally I am prepared to pay and there would be no liability attached to any advice given.
Grateful for any general advice you can offer.
