Need to find a part !!

I have a 1996 discovery 1 V8 petrol, I went over a speed bump and my hazard lights began flashing and i can't lock the car with the key fob !! I found a relay clicking in the green box in the passenger footwell !! I believe it is part of the alarm system ..... the part number is AMR 4886 and is a lucas part . Can anyone tell me it's part name ? and where I can source one from ?

Any relay with the same properties will do... it may need modded to fit but should work if you have trouble.

The relay will be the one running the lights to make them flash so probably is not a fault.

sounds like you do have a loose connection somewhere though

i also have the same problem,hazards stay on,indicators don't work sometimes i can lock car with fob sometimes not.The problem seems to be the same part (AMR 4886)

try using some of that lectrickle conductive grease on the terminals after you've cleaned the contacts.
