need info ASAP - Warranty Direct.com or GMPP extended warranty for 2001 Suburban 4x4

I need to decide by the end of the day of the extended warranty
company to go with - GM or Warranty Direct.com

My truck is a 2001 Chevy Suburban 4x4 3/4 ton, and I am sure something
expensive will let go after the warranty expires ;)
