Need help with clutch clamp load

Guys,

I am looking for a new clutch for my 4Runner ... I sourced out some
nice heavy duty kevlar clutches.

problem is. They have a clamp load of 2000 lbs. But the 4Runner can
only take 1600 lbs ... I was told if you exceed that load it will kill
the slave cylinder and crank bearings...

The guy from the clutch place says, this is not the case as clamp load
only says how tight the clutch presses but when you open it, the load
goes on the crank and slave cylinder, right?

Who can shine some light on these problems and advise whats best to do?

When going from 1600 to 2000 lbs how much damage how quick will it do?

:) Matt
