need help people think its power steering belt

Hi everyone I have a 1988 defender 90 2.5 turbo diesel standard engine and last night a belt snapped on my engine on the fan there are two belts and one snapped and the smaller one and there is red liquid leeking from what I think is the powers steering pump but not to sure so would realy like to know is it ok to drive been as have no other transport and need to get to work and is it a easy job to do if I have to change the pump cheers people

cable ?,if pas is leaking but still working get some atf fluid and keep it topped up

Sorry I got my brother to do it on his computer and he wrote cable I meant belt sorry

the smaller belt going to the right of the engine(looking at it from the front0 is the power steering, the other one goes around the fan and alternator

Yes temperarily as long as topped up. But it does need ASAP fixing.

It will have no power steering and will be hard to steer at low speeds !! Danger !!!

I did mean as in he can use it to collect parts to fix.
