Nearside rear door lock

Hello, when I do the central locking on my freelander the nearside rear doesn't unlock, once I've opened it from the inside it locks fine with the central locking, just won't unlock.

Can anyone shed any light or know what part I need to fix this.

Hi mate, my guess would be the control mechanism gone out of business. Does the pin (in the door card) look like it is trying to unlock, If so you can deduce that power is arriving at the destination but the unlocking motor has gone bye bye.

The whole unit is found easily and is not on the expensive side of life though.
