Where do I go from here???
I have an 'almost new' Nanocom using Firmware 2.04 and I tried to update it to Firmware 2.05 from the restricted area of the Nanocom website. All went well with the download until it came to the point when it needed to run the Firmware 2.05 at the instrument. At that point I got the error message 'unable to connect to Nanocom Bootloader' and there everything came to an abrupt halt.
I have tried it on two different machines and tried rebooting each one after the failures - no success.
The real problem now is that it has cleared the Firmware 2.04 from the memory and not replaced it with anything!!!
Result - one useless Nanocom!!
