Nano update firmware

Hi all. Can anyone give me a detailed instruction on how to do a firmware update on a nanocom evo. Mines new and currently at 1.0.7 and looking at ther website there has been two updates and now at 1.0.9. Thing is, i have downloaded(zip file) from website, but despite connecting Nano directlty to laptop via usb can't seem to get them to talk. I appreciate its probably my computer skills (or lack of) rather than the Unit. Any help would be welcome. Also have one fault shown on engine saying low air pressure any ideas. Regards Mark

make sure the file is unzipped cos that will stop things talking as i do photocopies and this stops them talking
